Kay K-136 Solid Body Electric Guitar 1950's (Used)
Has heavy wear, dings, and scratches from being played. Overall in great playing condition, fair physical condition.
Guitar is covered in dings, scrapes, scratches, finish checking, and patina.
Kay Stencil on headstock is in great shape. Mostly all intact.
Bottom edge of body where tailpiece attaches has a chunk of wood glued in it to remount the tailpiece. Tailpiece pulled the bottom edge of body out so it had to be done.
Tuner buttons have been replaced. The original buttons broke off. Tuners are original just buttons have been replaced.
Has all original hardware and electronics including pickup, tailpiece, pickguard, pots, knobs, bridge, input jack/jack cover.
Pickup and pots all work great. Pots are not dirty and do not crackle when turned. Works fantastically well for its physical condition.
Comes with brand new Henry Heller "Backwoods Guitar" Electric Gig Bag.
Serial Number: NONE
Weighs 5lb 10oz
Has been setup, restrung, and tested. Everything functions as it should.
Action is nice and low and the guitar plays great. Current action at 12th fret: 5/64" (can be lowered or raised with bridge).
Neck relief is luckily spot on. Has just the right amount of relief for the action to be set low and very playable.
