Return Policy

• New Items: We offer a 30-day return on most products if they are sent back in their original condition in the original packaging  You will get a full refund, excluding shipping and handling charges.  Buyer assumes responsibility for return shipping costs unless return is a result of incorrect shipment or issues not disclosed in the product description as a result of our error. Backwoods Guitar reserves the right to refuse any return if the item is not in new, untouched, or unopened condition.
• Vintage & Used items: Most vintage & used items may be returned within 3 days from the date of delivery. Please contact us immediately if you have any               issues as we must evaluate all vintage and used returns on a case by case basis. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless return is a result of incorrect shipment or issues not disclosed in the product description as a result of our error.
• Products not returnable under any circumstances unless still sealed in the manufacturer packaging include amplifier tubes, instrument pickups, guitar & bass strings, drum heads, drum sticks, software, books, earbuds, earplugs, microphones, harmonicas as well as any other products designed to come in contact with the mouth or ears due to sanitary concerns.
• You should expect to receive your refund within 2 to 4 days of the item returning to our facility, plus time for the banking institutions to process the return transaction.
